On behalf of Sapling Spirits we took famous foodies, forward-thinking entrepreneurs and sustainability changemakers to the heart of the forest for an intimate evening of foraging, climate-positive cocktails and a fire-cooked feast.
Nestled amongst the Chiltern Hills, our woodland restaurant without walls served a menu curated by first-generation farmer and chef Julius Roberts which celebrated seasonal ingredients and locally foraged herbs.
Guests enjoyed an array of Sapling cocktails, were transported from the city in London’s first fully-electric coach and upon arrival planted a symbolic apple tree, Sapling’s signature move for every bottle sold with the evening marking their milestone 500,001st tree planted.
