To celebrate Earth Day, we shone a light on the power of plants.
In partnership with leading plant-based food brand THIS™, the evening, held at London’s iconic neighbourhood restaurant Wild By Tart, helped educate guests on the benefits of plant-powered protein and superfoods, their nutritional values, sustainability credentials and positive environmental impact on the planet.
With impact on the menu guests enjoyed carefully curated dishes, those designed to spark conversation, and heard from leading industry names.
